Hello!  We are Paul and Cheryl Mathias.   I was born and raised in a small town in western Massachusetts. The majority of my life has been spent in foodservice. I started in a local restaurant, Friendly Ice Cream, at 16. Then moved on to owning vending, catering, and restaurant businesses. My resume also includes institutional foodservice as I was a CO Cook at a Corrections facility preparing thousands of meals 3 times a day. The common factor, other than preparing a quality product, was sanitation. When I’m not hanging out with Cheryl and our dog Cooper, scuba diving is my passion.       

Cheryl, who grew up 4 houses down from me, has had a long and successful career in retail management. She started managing a pet store when she was 18. That evolved into being a district manager for a chain of pet stores. Then she took a break to help with the vending business and raise our daughter Caitlyn. After we moved to Plymouth MA, she became the manager at the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory store and 10x what they were doing in sales. When she is not helping other people or spoiling our granddaughter, she loves to read a plant flowers.
